Polyester has long been regarded for its resistance to stretching and shrinking, and with the addition of elastane, it makes a jersey material that can't be beat. Crisp and resilient when wet or dry, polyester works well for fluid jerseys as it does not wrinkle easily. Although the addition of elastane makes jersey knits incredibly stretchy, the polyester fibers are exceptionally strong ensuring that your garment will last.

Machine-wash warm or cold, tumble dry. Pull straight from the dryer to prevent wrinkles, or iron while damp. Prewash cotton fabrics before cutting out your pattern.
