We are happy to work with our customers to bring you the highest quality of service on the web. We are trying to compliment this quality by allowing you to order swatches of the fabrics you are interested in, at little cost. Color books for each type of fabric is available for $25 a book. Please contact us and we will work with you to make sure you get the swatch of the fabric or fabrics you are interested in.
Shipping and Handling charges are subject according to weight of package.
We boast the fastest, most convenient shipping value in the business. Maximum delivery time on all in-stock items is three business days, for all orders of in-stock items placed before 4:00 PM (PST). All shipments are carried exclusively by UPS. Overnight and 2-day delivery available. Same day shipping for overnight delivery is available if the order is placed before 11.00am (PST). International accounts can provide us with their own shipping instructions - if needed. Drop shipments are available. We charge $7.00 handling fee plus shipping. We do not accept returns and exchanges directly from the 3rd party. All authorized returns and exchanges must go to you.
Full bolts (as they come from the manufacturer) will be left on the original roll and packaged in a box.
All orders are processed the next business day from the order date and are shipped according to availability. Due to the extremely popular demand, certain items may not be readily available. These items will be shipped immediately upon reception

No returns or exchanges on items with color discrepacies. Due to the contrast of different computer screens we do not guarantee the color of the picture of our fabrics will be the same as in real life. No claims on used goods. All claims for discrepancies and damages must be made within one week of receipt of the order. We believe in the quality of our products, and we stand behind it every step of the way. To this end, we will accommodate any reasonable request, but please keep in mind that we will not be able to accept any items that have been cut for exchange. All returns must be accompanied with copy of original invoice.
All refused shipments will result in a 15% restocking or reshipping charge plus freight costs incurred. Charges will be added to reshipments or future orders.

We will require your TAX ID Number and/or copy of your SELLER'S PERMIT for verification purposes on all first-time wholesale orders.
By default, all first shipments to new accounts are on a COD MONEY ORDER basis only. Please provide your company credit references for other arrangements. All major credit cards are welcome (limitations may apply).
Our facilities allow us to keep our most popular fabrics always in stock. Still, if a particular item is temporarily sold out, please allow 1-3 week(s) for completion.
For obvious reasons, no special/custom order can be returned for refund or exchange.
