U.S. Shipping Timelines

• Most packages are shipped within 24-48 hours of your order.
• Delays may occur if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, or anytime after 12:00 PM NOON (Pacific Standard Time).
• FOR STANDARD DELIVERY Delivery time is 7-12 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, please allow up to 20 days. Because all Waverly fabric is cut to your order, you may receive this fabric separate from the rest of your order.
• Please note: You must place your order by 12:00 PM NOON PST (PACIFIC STANDARD TIME) in order for it to be processed in that days' express delivery service. If your order is placed after NOON PST, it will be processed with the following day's orders. If your order is placed after NOON PST on FRIDAY, it will be processed with the following MONDAY's orders.
• We will send a shipping confirmation e-mail with the date your order was shipped and further details. If you are a DecorativeSilk.com member, you may also check the status of your order by visiting your My Account page. Please note, we will only track shipping information within My Account for registered members.
• Orders are not shipped until billing and credit card information is verified and the bank provides an authorization. If there is a problem with your order due to payment information you entered, we will contact you via e-mail or phone.
• DecorativeSilk.com reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
